There is absolutely no necessity for maintenance throughout the battery lifespan with the advanced technology of RE-combination of the gases inside the battery.
Achieved the improvement of internal corrosion resistance and long lifespan through the optimal harmony between the grid developed through the unique new technology using special alloy of Solite and electrolyte in gel form (lifespan: approximately 12 year, based on float charging voltage 2.22 V/Cell).
SOLITE Battery can be safely used without the risk of rupture even in case of generation of extreme gases due to temporary over-charging. This has been achieved with the use of safety valves and special filters.
The electrolyte in gel form is saturated into a very special separator (Absorbent Glass Mat), thus avoiding seepage.
SOLITE Battery can be installed horizontally or vertically as per the space available at user location, thus enabling the efficient use of available limited space.
Both the container and the cover are sturdy against impact and can endure high heat because they are made using fire-retardant ABS resin (V-0 grade) for increased safety.
Applications include uninterruptible power supply (UPS), power supply for communication, emergency power, alternative energy (solar power, wind power, etc.), fire alarm and safety equipment, electronic medical devices, computer memory devices, and all the equipment that need direct current power source.

There is absolutely no need for maintenance since there is no reduction in the electrolyte because the gas generated through the electrolysis of water during over-charging is absorbed by the electrodes without being discharged externally.
Another advantage related to the use of the SOLITE Battery is that it is easy to install and can be used anywhere. Electrolyte in gel form is impregnated into the special separator thereby preventing the leakage of electrolyte and gases generated due to over-charging are re-absorbed by the electrodes. Therefore, there is absolutely no leakage of electrolyte and acid mist externally during normal usage.
With the installation of safety valve that prevents the internal pressure increase, it is designed to be used safely even in the event of the generation of gas due to abnormal use.
With the development of special lead-calcium alloy, the period of storage without charging is extended by about 1/3~1/4 due to the reduction in self-discharging by the same amount in comparison to the lead-antimony alloy.
In addition to other advantages, SLD battery with low internal resistance and efficient discharge characteristics is used for multiple applications including Cycle Service for which charging/discharging is repeated generally and emergency power source (Standby) for which charged state is normally maintained and undergoes discharge when needed.
When the battery is used is used for Cycle Service, the lifespan of the battery at 100% depth of discharge (DOD) is more than 500 cycles and minimum of more than 5 years of lifespan is guaranteed when used for emergency power source (Standby). As it has low maintenance cost, light weight and high performances, it is possible for our customers to reduce the cost of the electric power supply equipment.

There is no need for maintenance during the lifespan of the battery since the self-discharging and reduction in the electrolyte has been minimized through the application of special calcium alloy structure with expansion type design.
Improved envelope type separator that inhibits internal shorts and the use of special additives in the plates, and extension of the lifespan is further guaranteed through building of quality into every product manufactured through the use of the most advanced automation facilities.
The battery prevents explosion and corrosion of the surrounding equipment by reducing the external egress of gases with the use of special explosion-proof filter.
Strong plastic containers that are resistant to acid and durable to impact have been used.

As it has been designed to be safe against vibration, it has outstanding vibration resistance and impact resistance.
